... when the basement flooded a couple of times- it almost flooded almost once a year, when there was a tenant up there. Yeah, type-of-thing. I show the people how to do it, you-know, but I says, I still have to be- play the maintenance operator and go up at least twice a month just to check and maintain systems, because for some reason, the tenant doesn't want to do it.
